Booking and Cancellation

Once you make a booking, the reservation process begins immediately. A cancellation fee will apply after your booking is confirmed. If, for any reason, your booking cannot be processed, we will issue a full refund without any additional charges.

We strongly recommend that customers carefully review the cancellation policy before booking. Please note that hotel and tour schedules are arranged in advance, and no refund will be issued for any individual who fails to appear on the scheduled day of departure.

Each reservation is subject to the cancellation fees outlined below, except in cases where the booked tour has different terms specified in the Special Notes. No refunds will be provided for any portion of the tour that is not utilized by the customer after the tour has commenced, regardless of the reason.

Airfare included in tours is fully non-refundable. Hotel extensions are non-refundable once confirmed. If your tour departs within 30 days, date changes may not be accommodated.

All cancellations must be made directly through www.expedflight.com.

Minimum Tour Participant Requirement

Some tours may require a minimum number of participants to operate. If the required number is not met, affected customers will receive a full refund or may choose a similar tour as a substitute. Please note that this situation is rare, and we will make every effort to meet your travel needs.

Modification Fees

Any changes to a reservation (such as date, departure location, or tour) after confirmation will incur a modification fee of $50 per change. This fee applies to all reservations unless otherwise specified in the Special Notes.

For reservations with a departure date within 90 days, standard cancellation fees will apply. If you wish to add an additional passenger after the reservation has been confirmed, only the fare difference for the extra passenger will be charged. Once added, the reservation cannot be altered or canceled without incurring a cancellation fee. Standard cancellation procedures will apply to the entire reservation if it is canceled.

Refunds and Cancellations
Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Cancelled Flight: If the airline cancels your flight and you choose not to travel, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • Timetable Adjustment/Major Delay: If the airline makes a significant schedule change or delays the flight substantially, and you decide not to travel, you may be entitled to a refund. The Department of Transportation (DOT) determines whether a refund is warranted based on factors such as the length of the delay and flight duration.
  • Class of Service Change: If you are downgraded to a lower class of service (e.g., from first class to economy), you are entitled to a refund for the fare difference.
  • Optional Service Fees: You may be refunded for optional services (such as baggage fees, seat upgrades, or in-flight Wi-Fi) if the service was not available due to flight cancellation, delay, schedule change, or if you were involuntarily denied boarding.
  • Baggage Fees: If your checked baggage is declared lost by the airline, you are entitled to a refund of the baggage fee. Airlines have varying policies on when a bag is considered lost, typically ranging from five to fourteen days after the flight.
Fully Refundable Tickets

Passengers who purchase fully refundable tickets are entitled to a full refund if they do not use the ticket for travel.

Cancellation Within 24 Hours of Booking

For airline tickets booked at least seven days before the scheduled departure date and time, you have the right to:

  • Cancel your booking and receive a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, or
  • Hold the reservation at the quoted price for 24 hours without payment.

Airlines are not required to offer both options. Review the airline’s policy before purchasing your ticket. If payment is required at the time of booking, you must be allowed to cancel within 24 hours for a full refund.

Voluntary and Involuntary Changes

Voluntary Changes: If you voluntarily change your reservation, the airline's specific change rules will apply, in addition to our $50 modification fee.

Involuntary Changes: If changes to your reservation are involuntary (e.g., due to a flight change or schedule adjustment by the airline), no change fee will apply, but our $50 modification fee will be charged.

Please note that name changes are not permitted on reservations.
